Dr. Disberger teaches program planning, early field experience in agricultural education, Inquiry-Based Curriculum in Agricultural STEM Biotechnology Education, and Agricultural Electrical Systems. She assists with student intern placement and supervision during the spring semester; and she serves as adviser for agricultural education students and helps recruit new students. Along with teaching classes, she coordinates the Beginning Educator Support Team (BEST) program for early-career agriculture teachers. Her research focuses on the experiences of early-career agriculture teachers.

Brandie was formerly an agricultural education instructor and FFA adviser at Southeast of Saline High School. She is a member of the American Association for Agricultural Education, the National Association of Agricultural Educators, the Association of Career and Technical Education, and the Kansas Association of Career and Technical Education.
