Rollin is the initial contact for printing clients and is responsible for generating estimates, creating print work requests, and communicating with prepress, offset press, digital press, finishing, mail, delivery, and other job-intake staff to schedule and coordinate production. He also reviews completed jobs to ensure accurate invoicing.
