Sarah provides editing service for Agricultural Experiment Station faculty who wish to have articles for journal publication or book chapters edited before submission/publication and edits and collaborates with a designer to produce Agricultural Experiment Station Reports of Progress, Keeping Up With Research, and miscellaneous publications. She also tracks AES faculty publications using the KAES Online Manuscript System and teaches Intro to the Honors Program for incoming freshmen. She regularly assists with communications training for K-State Research and Extension personnel.
Sarah was formerly an instructor for the Kansas State University Department of English and managing editor of InfoWorld magazine. She is a member of the Association for Communication Excellence and Council of Science Editors and is active in Phi Beta Kappa and Friends of the Beach Museum of Art.
