Lauri teaches courses in new media technologies, business communication, environmental communications, and communication theory and teaches the natural resources and environmental sciences capstone. She also advises undergraduate students.
Lauri is co-adviser of the Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow. Her research and grant work are focused on agenda-setting, social media, teaching, decision-making, public policy, and climate science discourse.
