Office365 Email Signature Set-up Directions:

1. After signing into your email, click on the gear in the upper right hand corner, select options.
2. Click on setting and there you can set up your email signature

**While on this same page you can change the font of what your emails will use if you do not like the original font selection under the Messaging Formatting.

Office365 Email Instant Reply Set-up Directions:

1. After signing into your email, click on the gear in the upper right hand corner, select options.
2. Click on organize mail on the left hand column.
3. Then automatic replies which runs along the top of the page.

 


Printer Cartridge Recycling

The Bookstore and Mail Center has designated a location for recycling printer cartridges. Please leave used cartridges in the container next to the copier in 24 Umberger Hall. There is no need to call to have them picked up; a representative from Cartridge King will stop by regularly.

Accessing Voicemail on your Computer

Employees can listen to their email using a computer.

To use the web interface http://www.k-state.edu/its

  • Click on Voicemail in the center box
  • Click on the purple box that reads SIGN IN TO K-STATE VOICEMAIL
  • The mailbox number is your 5 digit phone number ex 2-5804
  • Leave the Telephone Number box blank
  • Type your voicemail password
  • Click on login

 If the voice player has not been installed on your computer:

  • Click on the Options Tab
  • Then click on the Download the Voice Player
